How Monitoring Works?

Site24x7 performs two types of monitoring to gather uptime & performance data of Zoho services. For some services, we do an actual login to a test account to check if everything goes through and then gather the response time of the service. Examples of services using this type of monitoring are Zoho Projects, Show, Wiki, etc.

For some other services, we monitor special urls which will itself do a login to the service and return the status. Examples include Zoho Writer, Sheet, CRM, etc.
